Here are the brief terms and conditions we have for joining Chalky & Company.

1. Minimum Order Value
For first-time customers of Chalky & Company the minimum order value is $150.

A Retailer’s status is used to determine a Retailer’s eligibility to receive discounts. To maintain an active status, a Retailer must have a minimum of $500 wholesale purchases every three months or a minimum of $2,000 per year.

2. Territory Policy
We review each new retail applicant on a case-by-case basis to ensure product availability and to avoid overlapping sales activities.

3. How to place order

• Submit your order via our website at chalkyandcompany.com.
• Login credentials will be sent to you once your application is approved.

4. MSRP
All prices on the website are listed in US dollars and represent the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Retailer chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Retailer shall not discount the products more than 20% below MSRP.

Permission for special sale events beyond the 20% discount by the Retailer must be requested in writing to customerservice@chalkyandcompany.com.

Selling on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Faire, or any other 3rd party platforms or reselling to any other 3rd parties are not permitted by Retailers.

5. Wholesale Pricing
All authorized Retailers are granted the right to purchase Chalky Products at a discount of 35% of the retail price. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Returns
All sales are final. If a Retailer receives a Chalky Product that is incorrect, Retailer shall notify Chalky of the specific problem in writing within 7 days of receipt of the incorrect product and Chalky will ship a replacement to Retailer. All returns must receive prior approval and delivery instructions from Chalky.

7. Payments
Chalky & Company accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express).

8. Shipping
Shipping is in addition to your order total. All shipping costs shall be calculated at the time of shipping, and Chalky shall separately invoice shipping charges to Retailer via PayPal. The Retailer must pay the invoice for shipping charges before Chalky will ship the purchased products.

9. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please email pictures and a brief description of the issue to customerservice@chalkyandcompany.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced by Chalky with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

10. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 5-10 days from the time of your order for processing items for shipment. Larger orders may require more time; please contact Chalky for information about availability.

11. Retailer Communications
Chalky will from time to time send communications notifying Retailers of corporate updates and promotions. If you do not wish to receive these emails you may unsubscribe at any time.

Retailers must keep an updated email address, telephone number and mailing address on file with Chalky.
