Return Policy

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a straight forward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.  Please read the following guidelines and instructions for returning items:

Timeframe: 

  • You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • After the 7 -day period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Eligibility:

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for return.

Damages and Defects:

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately.
  • Provide your order number, details of the product, and photographs clearly showing the issue.
  • We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within the specified timeframe.
  • Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. 
  • Our customer service will guide you through the return process.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Please note that the refund may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items: 

  • Certain products may be non-returnable.  Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable. 

 Shipping Costs:

  • Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery of the returned item.
